Unipol Properties

All Unipol houses and flats are designed with the particular needs of student tenants in mind. Safety, security and location are given a high priority, as is the provision of a high standard of amenity.

Our properties:

Housing Management Officers have their own groups of properties for which they are responsible. They are on hand for tenants to contact should a problem arise. All tenants get a handbook and tenancy information and are encouraged to a view a property before renting it.

Unipol operates a repair reporting system where repairs are logged on an advanced computerised reporting system. Through a dedicated Out of Hours Emergency Call Centre, Unipol has staff and contractors available for emergencies 24 hours a day throughout the year. Open during office hours (and at some weekends during the summer), a large central office deals with routine enquiries and offers help where it's needed.

Unipol's Tenants

Unipol treats each tenant as a valued customer. We take consumer information seriously: for example all tenants are given guidance (usually in written form) on how all the appliances in a dwelling work.

Unipol helps house tenants from all Leeds colleges and both universities as well as Bradford University and Bradford College Unipol has a number of special arrangements with the universities and colleges to house some of their students through linked allocations systems.
