Unipol Housing Tenants Only
We hope that you are happy as a Unipol tenant but if you have a complaint or like to compliment us on the service you have received, please complete the details below. Please do not use this form to report repairs as this could cause a delay in carrying out the repair. Non-urgent repairs can be reported here and urgent repairs should be reported by telephone on 0113 243 0169. This form is only to be used if you wish to make a complaint or compliment the service you have received from Unipol.

We aim to resolve as many issues as possible at the first point they are raised with us. please follow the link to find more details about how to make a complaint.
If you are not the tenant and not named in a data protection waiver completed by the tenant, we will only reply directly to the tenant of the property named.
