Internet services in large developments

The sites are fully networked with sockets in all bedrooms (and living rooms in Mill Street). The Internet connection is provided by ask4 with a number of packages available. All packages are Broadband, uncontested and have unlimited 24 hour access.

The 2010/11 packages are:

4 Mb - Inclusive in rent
30Mb - £80 pa
60Mb - £150 pa
100Mb - £430pa

All packages include unlimited download and uploads

To connect

Connecting to the network is easy. You just need to plug an Ethernet cable from your computer to the wall socket and start your web browser. You will be automatically directed to the signup page, where you will need to give your personal details and you should online within 10 minutes.

If you have problems the ask4 Support Centre is open from 8am - 10pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 8pm at Weekends on 0845 123 8710 to help resolve any technical issues. You can also text ‘help me’ to 07797 800 545 and ASK4 will call you back (Texts are charged at standard network rate).

Payment Methods

Payment can be made either by Direct Debit or Debit/Credit Card on your computer straight away. Payment by cash or cheque is also available but requires the payment to be made at a High Street Bank (conditions apply).
