Internet services in large developments

Unipol can offer tenants in Mill Street, Carlton Hill, Royal Park, Alexander Court and New York Street - new for 2008 an internet service for a one off payment of £142. That works out at £3.30 a week over the course of an average 43 week tenancy.

It’s simple to setup

1. Fill out an application form and return it to us (you can get one up at our main offices or your building reception)
2. You’ll be given a connection pack when you hand in your form. It contains everything you’ll need to connect and configure your computer to access the internet.
3. Register your computer online and start using the internet

It’s fully supported

We provide a free support service during office hours for any problems you experience using the internet – from connection trouble to virus and spyware infection. We are available over the phone to give help and advice and can even arrange to come out and visit you (free of charge) to help solve your problems.

It’s not for profit

Unipol Runs this service entirely for the benefit of its tenants and does not make any profit from doing so. Any extra money raised after covering our running costs is put back into extra band width to help provide you with the fastest service possible.
