Rent Levels and Costs

Rent levels are set to cover the actual cost of the accommodation and are thereby kept to a minimum. Rents vary, reflecting the age of the property, its location and its amenity level. We are not in the business of letting poor quality properties at low rents and we guarantee a minimum set of standards.
