The building is located in the main student area on the corner between two major arterial roads (Burley Road and Cardigan Road) and has excellent and very frequent bus services nearby.

In each flat there are four study/bedrooms, each with a large built-in storage cupboard plus further storage capacity in a central cupboard in the hallway.The flats are ideal for students who want to live in small, mixed-gender groupings, with all the communal space normally associated with a shared house.

Because the building is small, students tend to get to know each other easily and there is a strong communal feeling. The flats are surrounded by a small pleasant garden.

Facilities

Each flat has a shower fitted over a bath and also a separate toilet. There is a well-fitted kitchen and large adjacent communal living/dining room with coffee table and sofas in each flat. A washer/drier is also provided within the rent level. Central heating and hot water are provided by energy efficient combi boiler systems. There is a high standard of insulation with double-glazed windows and cavity wall insulation.

The property is protected by a heat and smoke detector fire system with fire doors and a protected exit route.

Security

Entry to the flats is via two communal staircases with tenant controlled door-entry systems, together with internal secure doors to each flat. The flats lead off small balconies on the upper floors.

Ground-floor flats are fitted with a burglar alarm.

TV and Telephone

TV aerial points are provided in each room and a telephone socket (subject to reconnection to the network at the tenant's expense) is fitted in each flat.

Parking

There is a car park with gate-restricted entry and a permit system operates (there is an annual charge for parking). Twelve spaces are available in a well-lit car park.
