The building is located in the main student area on the corner between two major arterial roads (Burley Road and Cardigan Road) and has excellent and very frequent bus services in to the City along Burley Road.

In each flat there are 3 bedrooms, each with a large built-in storage cupboard plus further storage capacity in a central cupboard in the hallway. The flats are ideal for students with children The flats are surrounded by a small pleasant garden and off road parking.

Facilities

Each flat has a shower fitted over a bath and also a separate toilet. There is a well-fitted kitchen and large adjacent communal living/dining room with coffee table and sofas in each flat.
