Wardley Apartments are located in the heart of Bradford City centre, a short walk from the campus of the University and college. The building is part of the Wardley Centre which includes the National Museum of Film Television of Photography, the ice rink, shops, a bar, offices and a bingo hall.

The accommodation forms the 9th to 17th floors of the building with excellent views around Bradford city centre and beyond.

Facilities

All study bedrooms have a shower room with toilet ensuite to the room for the sole use of the occupant. Each flat has a kitchen with separate soft furnished living area divided from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. A dishwasher is provided within the rent.

Each bedroom is fitted with a wide 4 foot single bed. There is a launderette on site fitted with fast commercial washers and dryers.

Opposite the launderette is a comfortable common room with vending machines, a television and pool table.

There is a high standard of energy and sound insulation including secondary window glazing. Full heat and smoke detector fire system with fire doors and protected exit route.

Security

Entry to the flats is through a dedicated entrance with door-entry security into a lobby with two lifts. Key fobs give access to communal areas and tenants are provided with a key which unlocks the flat and the bedroom door.

TV and Internet

TV aerial points are provided in each bedroom and the kitchen.

There is no car parking available on the site and no long term street parking within the vicinity. Short-term car parking is available in nearby car parks.
