Leeds Clearing Students

Congratulations at getting a place at University or College and for choosing to live in Leeds.

If your University or College has been unable to house you or you have chosen not to live in allocated accommodation, Unipol will be able to help you.

If you are disappointed not to be living in allocated accommodation, Unipol has a development called Mill Street in the City Centre which has 492 rooms. Most of them will be occupied by first year students from Leeds Met and Leeds College of Music. So if you want to live with first year students this will be ideal for you. There is a smaller development called Garden House (40 students) near the centre of Headingley which has some vacancies or Westfield Court ( 20 students and reasonably priced).

If you prefer to live in a shared student house we will be able to help you with this as well.

You will be able to book this accommodation online but as we are so near to the start of term you may feel happier to talk to someone to sort this out.
