Headingley Property Services is a family run company that has been trading for over ten years. We are based in central Headingley in the heart of the student community. You can find us approximately 150 meters up Ash Road -which is the street opposite the Headingley Taps and which runs up the side of The Arc. 90 percent of our houses are on Ash Road or the streets surrounding. We find this keeps us in touch with our tenants and makes it easy for them to drop in with any concerns or repairs.

All our accommodation is renovated to the same high standard and all have double bedrooms with modern fitted furniture. Kitchens and lounges are modern and spacious. A large percentage of the students who rent with us stay with us the following year. All our properties are 4 and 5 star UNIPOL rated and abide to their Code of Standards.

Safety of our tenants is paramount to us and all our properties are equipped with the best quality zoned fire alarm systems, breakglasses, emergency lights, fire doors and burglar alarms. We have a full maintainance team who work for us assuring that repairs are resolved quickly.
