Sugarhouse Properties, formerly Wigwam Properties, is a new company with fresh ideas but one which also benefits from over 25 years’ collective experience in lettings and property management in Leeds.

About Us

We deal with all aspects of student and professional rentals, from matching tenants to properties, to refurbishments and repairs. We aim to put responsible landlords in touch with quality tenants.

We’re no eco-warriors, but we want to make life easier and keep our waste to a minimum. By using e-mail, the internet, text messaging and phone friendly media, we aim to cut down on as much paper as possible and make things simpler and more accessible for all of our customers.
