There are two versions of the ANUK Code of Standards for Larger Developments

Many larger student accommodation developments are undertaken in partnership between a provider of services and an educational establishment. In order to determine whether a building is managed and controlled by an educational establishment, a framework of test questions has been developed. This framework is included in the code documentation which can be obtained below from the National Code website.
