Names in bold indicate somebody who is a Platinum Owner, which means they have been members of The Unipol Code for at least five consecutive years without a sustained complaint being made against them. Names in gold indicate somebody who is a Golden Owner, which means they have been members of The Unipol Code for at least three consectutive years without a sustained complaint being made against them. Other owners that are not shown in bold or as golden may simply not have been registered with Unipol long enough to be awarded either platimum or golden owner status. If an owner/organisation has had a complaint made against them the details are shown in the latest tribunal minutes.
Names in green indicate that the provider is a member of the National Codes of Standards for Larger Developments (go to www.anuk.org.uk/LargeCode
