Advertise with Unipol

2012 House Hunting has got off to a record start with the site recording more searches and general usage than ever before. There has never been a better time to advertise your properties with Unipol. We have events planned over the next few months and the new edition of the tabloid coming out in early March, offering plenty of opportunities to market your properties further.

Recent Ventures

In 2011 Unipol undertook a number of new and exciting ventures, including opening a new outlet in the Leeds University Student Union building, launching a new mobile site and launching the new starred system indicating the amenity level of adverts on the website.

Unipol Outlet in LUU - The outlet enhances the provision of the main Unipol office and increases Unipol brand awareness, helping to improve your brand awareness too.
The mobile friendly version of the website - The stripped back version runs quickly on mobile phones but still boasts all the key features students need to find their perfect property.
Starred System - The new amenity based starred system reflects amenities that students value and help landlords to tailor their properties more to what students say is important. For more information see: new starred system.

For the 2012 Registration year there are two advertising periods.

1st January 2012 - 30th June 2012 (please note: properties available for 'next year' will be advertised from Saturday 14th January 2012)
1st July 2012 - 31st December 2012

Advertising and Membership Fees

When you advertise with Unipol you also become a member of Unipol. View the advantages of Membership.

Discount Available

You could be eligible for a discount off your advertising costs if:

you are a registered Member of the Unipol Code (10% discount).
you are a member of the LPA and/or the RLA you will be eligible to an additional 10% discount.

Using the Online Service

Manage your property portfolio advertising on-line.
Set up your own personal property photo album to include in your adverts.

To use this area you must first Register. Your adverts will not be shown on the site until you have paid (by post, telephone, pay online or in person).

Log in to the Property Search System and manage your own account

If you have already registered, Log In to administer your account.

The owners' online system now supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7, Firefox and Safari (3 or later) Browsers (including on Apple Mac computers) and also allows access to the tenancy generator.
