Accommodation Bureau Assistant, 10 hours per week
Available now to 19th June 2009, (Part time, temporary)
The posts would suit applicants with an interest in housing, with good interpersonal skills and who would like to provide help and assistance to students looking for accommodation in Leeds and work with landlords to advertise their properties and promote the Code of Standards.
Customer care experience would be advantageous. Keyboard skills and data entry will give a candidate an advantage although training will be provided. It is also an advantage to possess an operable driving licence and be willing and able to drive to locations on occasion to take photographs of properties.
The rate of pay is £6.50 per hour.
Lettings Assistant, 15 hours per week
Available 10th November 2008 to 19th June 2009, (Part time, temporary)
This post would suit applicants with an interest in housing and good interpersonal skills who would be keen to promote Unipol's accommodation to prospective tenants. The post holder will play an important role to make sure that Unipol properties are advertised on the website with appropriate wording and photos, make appointments for students to view our properties, accompany students on viewings and provide feedback on how the viewing went.
Customer care experience would be advantageous. Keyboard skills and data entry will give a candidate an advantage although training will be provided. It is essential to possess an operable driving licence and be willing and able to drive to locations on accompanied viewings.
The rate of pay is £6.50 per hour.
