Large Suppliers Consultative Group Leeds and Bradford Terms of Reference:

To consult the Large Suppliers in Leeds and Bradford:

a) on the operation of the Accommodation Bureau Services and on how the accommodation bureau services interfaces with large Suppliers and improvements that would be beneficial to the large suppliers community

b) provide the large supplier community with an opportunity to comment on the analysis of market conditions in Leeds and Bradford

c) contribute to the house hunting strategy for Leeds Students and Bradford Students

d) as a contribution to analysis of how the Accreditation scheme for Large Developments is operating locally

e) as a forum to share experiences and good practice when housing students

f) as a forum to update information on legislation and implementation of legislation both locally and nationally

All members shall be appointed for 3 years and must be registered owners with Unipol and accredited as a condition of their membership of the Large Suppliers Consultative Group. There will be up to 20 members of this group and Unipol will encourage applications from owners with different size portfolios so that the consultations will take in factors which will affect all types of large suppliers.

The Large Suppliers Consultative Group will meet 3 times as year. The minutes of the Large Suppliers Consultative Group will go to the Sub Committee on Accommodation Bureau Services in Leeds
