The Group may also co-opt up to two other members. Other Unipol staff to be in attendance when necessary. All members to be voting members and the Chair shall have both an original and, if required, a casting vote. All members shall be appointed for two years. The quorum to be 3 voting members.

UTerms of Reference

To:

• ·         review the options open for the creation of a new Unipol website, those options to include: cost, software and visual design
• ·         approve the draft specification for the site's construction and design
• ·         oversee any procurement process and take any procurement decisions required, within budgetary limits to be decided by the Board
• ·         arrange for a presentation to be made to the Board following the identification of the successful contractor
• ·         decide on the development timescale of the new site and set an operational date when the new website will replace the existing site.
