The Unipol-Nottingham Action Group (UNAG)

Terms of Reference:

o maintain good operational links between Unipol and NAG.

o ensure effective communication and dialogue between Unipol and the community

o maintain accountability and transparency by holding not less than two open meetings to be organised jointly by Unipol and the NAG

o work together to arrange and facilitate consultations with the community as and when needed

o identify areas where assistance can be provided by each body to further common aims

o assist in the ongoing development of the Unipol service

o receive an annual report on Unipol's services.

These terms of reference and operation of the UNAG to be reviewed after 12 months in May 2010.

Membership:

In respect of bilateral meetings with NAG membership will consist of designated representatives of Unipol and such other nominees who may, from time to time, be made from the NAG Executive. In respect of the open meetings membership will be open and consist of those interested from both Unipol and the community.
