Meetings
A series of four meetings have been scheduled.
The first meeting is to discuss any suggested amendments for the Unipol DASH Code and to look at the terms of any starred rating system. Some of the starring criteria currently in operation in Leeds have been used as a starting point for discussion.
The second meeting will discuss further the starred system and look at the amenity levels and associated points that can be fed in to this.
The third meeting will look at drawing up a final draft of the Code and starred system for wider consultation. After the meeting the draft will be circulated for consultation to a number of other bodies and all landlords who are members of the current scheme.
The fourth meeting will take in into account responses from the wider consultation, finalise the new Code and starred system.
