The Working Group on the Code of Standards in Leeds

Terms of Reference

To review:

a) the content of the current Code, taking into account changes required by the implementation of the Housing Act 2004 and the subsequent policies developed by Leeds City Council and Bradford MDC

b) to consult the owner community on proposed changes before bringing recommendations to the Board for final approval

c) to make any recommendations to the Board on changes proposed

d) all the recommendations to take full account of the resources available to the Code within the budget set by the Board.

All members shall be appointed for 3 years and nominated members of the Sub Committee (that are not already members of Unipol's Board) are subject to approval by Unipol's Board.
