Terms of Reference

To review the performance and determine the salary of the Chief Executive of Unipol.

Membership

Chair of Unipol' Board ( ex officio) and Chair

Mr Stephen Scott

The Honorary Treasurer ( ex officio)

Dr Andrew Brookes

Deputy Chair of Unipol's Board ( ex officio)

Mr Mike Wilkinson

The Group will be serviced by the Deputy Chief Executive.

The Group will meet at least annually at the invitation of the Chair.

The quorum shall be two members.

The Chief Executive's remuneration shall be considered every three years.
