Sub Committee on Accommodation Bureau Services in Leeds

All meetings are held at Unipol's offices, 155-157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds, LS2 3ED

Terms of Reference

a) oversee and guide the operation of the Accommodation Bureau services in Leeds within the context of the Forward Look

b) take responsibility for the development of a house-hunting strategy for Leeds

c) oversee owner relations within the Leeds arena

d) oversee the Leeds Code of Standards and its operation.

The Chair of the Sub Committee shall be appointed by Unipol's Board. All members shall be voting members and the Chair shall have both an original and, if required, a casting vote.

All members shall be appointed for three years and nominated members of the Sub Committee (that are not already members of Unipol's Board) are subject to approval by Unipol's Board.

The Sub-Committee shall meet 3 times a year.

The quorum shall be 3 voting members.
