Nottingham Stakeholders Liaison Sub Committee

Terms of Reference 

a) oversee and guide the operation of the Accommodation Bureau services in Nottingham within the context of the agreement on services reached with the stakeholders and Unipol’s Forward Look

b) take responsibility for the development and delivery of a house-hunting strategy for Nottingham students

c) oversee and develop the Nottingham Accreditation scheme as operated by Unipol

d) monitor financial performance and set a budget annually, any budget set will work within the limits of stakeholder funding received from Nottingham City Council and The University of Nottingham

e) The sub committee would have the power to establish ad hoc groups, as required, to report to it on specific projects it may wish to initiate.

f) All members shall be voting members and the Chair shall have both an original and, if required, a casting vote. All members shall be appointed for three years.

g) The quorum shall be 3 voting members.

Members of the Sub Committee are all voting members. All members shall be appointed for 3 years and nominated members of the Sub Committee (that are not already members of Unipol’s Board) are subject to approval by Unipol’s Board. The Sub-Committee shall meet not less than 3 times a year. The quorum shall be 3 voting members.
