A new one day introductory course, suitable for Landlords new to renting. It includes the main regulations to abide by and how to attract and retain quality tenants.
The event is free for landlords who are members of the Unipol DASH Code and those that are based in Nottingham. However, you will be charged at the normal rate for this event if you do not attend without notifying Unipol in accordance with the terms on the booking pages.
