10.55am – 11.25am     How to Look at a House (2). Health and safety, fire, gas and electricity. Philip Moxon, Independent Environmental Health Officer




11.25am – 12.50pm     House Visit. Delegates form groups and visit a house in preparation for compiling a report.



12.50pm – 1.50pm Lunch (provided)


1.50pm – 2.40pm Analysis and Report Preparation. The groups prepare reports on their visits



2.30pm – 3.00pm Report Back. A rapporteur from each group gives a resume of their report allowing each group to compare their views with others (Tea and coffee will be available during this session).





3.00pm – 4.00pm Two Experts’ Views. Focusing on consumer rights and environmental health. Martin Blakey, Chief Executive, Unipol Student Homes and Philip Moxon, Independent Environmental Health Officer





4.00pm – 4.15pmQuestions and Concluding Remarks
