2 Grant of Tenancy
2.1 The Landlord agrees to let the Property to the Tenant for the Term at the Rent and on the terms set out in this Agreement and the Tenant agrees to take the tenancy.
2.2 The tenancy will be an assured shorthold tenancy under the Housing Act 1988 (as amended). The Tenant is notified that the Landlord will be entitled to recover possession of the Property when the Term ends (see clause 6).
