Vacancy Job Title: Accommodation Bureau Assistant - 15 hours per week
Vacancy Details:
The post entails maintaining the advertisements on the Unipol website and dealing with owner requests for Leeds and Nottingham and assisting students to find housemates and accommodation in Leeds.
Some experience of working in customer care would be advantageous as would previous experience of data entry or working with computers. A good telephone manner is essential. Previous office experience is desirable. Ability to drive and being willing to drive as part of their duties would be a significant advantage.
Location : Unipol Student Homes, 155/157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds LS2 3ED
Days/Hours Required : 15 hours a week involving Saturdays and Sundays and some bank holidays
Rate of Pay : £6.75 per hour

Vacancy Job Title: Publications Assistant - 15 hours per week
Vacancy Details:
This post entails assisting the Communications and IT Manager to produce Unipol’s printed publications and update seven hosted websites. This will include design work, creative and innovative thinking as well as using templates. The postholder is an important part of the communications team and the postholder will be encouraged to input on how to communicate with students in the most effective and relevant way.

Vacancy Job Title: Technical Services Support Assistant - 15 hours per week
Vacancy Details:
Unipol has a significantly sized Microsoft Windows network in the Leeds office (including reception areas in some developments), and smaller office networks in Nottingham and Bradford.
The Technical Services Support Assistant will undertake a number of routine tasks to assist the ICT team to ensure that Unipol’s ICT systems are well maintained and work efficiently and are attuned to the needs of the organisation and its staff.
They will be expected to play a full role in interacting with the ICT team and other staff. There will be times when it will be necessary to work in Bradford. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Vacancy Job Title: Finance Clerk - 35 hours per week
Vacancy Details:
The Finance Clerk will undertake accurate routine finance work within a small team environment assisting with the repayment of deposits, preparation of documents for the production of year-end figures, data entry, income collection and archiving.
This post requires accuracy, an eye for detail, financial acumen and data entry skills. The Finance Clerk will have good keyboard skills and preferably have data entry or customer care experience. Any previous experience of working or studying in a finance arena would be a distinct advantage.
