We vacated the above property on the 30 June 2008 and returned all four keys to your agency on the same day. We have fulfilled all our contractual obligations, all rent/bills have been paid up to date and no damage has been caused.

We would appreciate it if you could send four cheques for £150 each to Mr Student, Mr Peacock, Ms Green and Mr Mustard. All four can be sent c/o Mr Mustard, 3 Yellow Brick Lane, Collegetown.
