We are a charitable trust and not-for-profit organisation and we provide an unbiased service. We are not an estate agent - we have no direct interest in promoting private owners’ individual properties. We actively seek to protect tenants' rights.

This information is supplemented by information that has been complied locally to reflect your exact housing conditions and market. In some areas, London and Scotland, Unipol has itself commissioned local experts to write those sections. In other areas, educational institutions themselves have provided this information.
