The official start date for House Hunting 2010 has now been set by the Universities and Student Unions as Friday 22nd January.Landlords are advised to register with Unipol and their advertise properties ASAP to avoid missing out on thousands of potential tenants. The first week of House Hunting 2009 saw over 28,000 property searches made on the web site so by delaying advertsing by just one week you will have missed the oppurtunity to showcase your properties to thousands of students.
The Unipol service provides a centralised advertising space for landlords who rent to students in Nottingham and in 2009 we have displayed more than 13,000 bed spaces of which 98% were successfully let. Students performed over 190,000 online property searches using the Unipol website making Unipol the first choice for landlords to advertise their properties.
Additional benefits include access to a newly launched landlord training programme, tenancy deposit scheme, consultative groups and market briefings keeping you up to date with all the latest developments within the student housing sector both locally and nationally helping you to maximise your performance as a landlord
