The first day of house hunting, back on the 23rd January, saw a record breaking start:

8,860 bed spaces were available as the Unipol Nottingham website went live at 12.01am on Monday 23rd January, 18% up on 2011.

On the first day of house hunting students undertook a record 16,236 searches 89% up on last year. The following day, Tuesday 24th January, searches were running at 7,575 - 42% ahead of last year and this trend has continued.
