In the first two weeks since the launch of house hunting on Monday 6 February there have been 6,179 searches undertaken.   Students are busy using the website to see what properties are available and arrange viewings.  This is an 18% increase on 2011, when 5,228 searches were undertaken over the same period. Bed spaces have also increased by 12% offering students plenty of variety to choose from.

You can now choose from over 1,400 bed spaces on the Unipol website. Look who is sitting pretty now!  There is a wide range of properties available from 1 bed apartments and studios to 15 bed properties and rooms in Large Developments. 

Housing Fair 2012 - Thursday 1st March

Come down to Student Central at the University of Bradford on Thursday 1st March for our annual Housing Fair. Run in conjunction with the University of Bradford Students' Union, the Fair will give you the opportunity to talk to landlords about their properties and arrange viewings, as well as providing useful information about renting safely.

So what do we have available?  

• We advertise properties from a variety of private landlords and agents, the vast majority of which are members of the Unipol Code. Check if your potential landlord or agent is accredited
• The Unipol website will display properties from 1 bed up to 15 beds and there are more than enough to go around!
• We also display over 900 rooms available in accredited large developments around the city.
• We have rooms if you are looking on your own as well as for full and part groups
