Briefing on Market Conditions and Performance in the Leeds Student Housing Market

Over 90 landlords and a number of other guests attended the latest Unipol Briefing on market conditions.

The briefing was given by Martin Blakey, Chief Executive and Vicky Loverseed, Development Manager on Tuesday 13th December 2011 in the Unipol Board Room. The briefing looked at student numbers nationally; the latest satistics on applications for higher education starting in September 2012; student numbers in Leeds; off-street market activity; the surplus, how much and where it is concentrated; web statistics; the Unipol Code and a prognosis on the future of the local student market.
