Unipol Short Lets - from a Day to Longer
Unipol is offering short-term summer lets at Carlton Hill in Leeds City Centre throughout July and August.
Carlton Hill is conveniently located across the road from Leeds Metropolitan University’s Civic Quarter.
Accommodation can be booked per room in spacious bedrooms in shared flats for up to five occupants. Each flat has two shared bathrooms and a kitchen/lounge area with washer/drier. Fast free internet is provided in each room free of charge.
Serviced Rooms
These rooms can be booked by students, visiting sports groups and University staff who are looking for accommodation close to the city. Free internet, bed linen and towels provided.
Ideal for an overnight stay for between a day to a maximum stay of three weeks. Rooms are available from 17th July to 31st August 2010.
Price per night: £18.80 (inclusive of VAT)
Price per week: £96.35 (inclusive of VAT)

Monthly Lets
These rooms are available to students who need somewhere to stay for two months throughout July and August. Ideal for students doing re-sits or completing late coursework; perfect if you want to stay in Leeds for the summer but your accommodation contract for next year does not start until September (Contracts are available until 6th September 2010).
Rooms are available at Carlton Hill and at Westfield Court
Westfield Court - Price per week is £72.00 per person (minimum length of stay is from todays date until 31st August)
Carlton Hill - Price per week is £68.00 per person (minimum length of stay is from todays date until 31st August)
The price includes energy bills, use of a washer/drier in each kitchen and free internet.
10% of the total amount must be paid at time of booking with the balance being paid 10 working days before arrival. If the date of arrival is shorter than 10 working days away the full amount is due immediately.
