Existing Users
If you have already registered with Unipol and created your own online acount, you can access this by logging in here Log In.
NB. The owners' online system supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7, Firefox and Safari (3 or later) Browsers (including on Apple Mac computers).
New Users
If you have not previously registered with Unipol and would like to receive details of our services register here Register.
Registering allows you to manage the advertising of your property portfolio online, the setting up of your own personal property photo album and access to Unipol's online tenancy agreement generator.
Advertising Online with Unipol
To advertise online with Unipol you need to each year download, complete and return to our Nottingham Office the following form:

Warranty of Safety Compliance Form
If you don't intend to manage your adverts online you will also need to return a copy of the form below for each of the properties you want to advertise:

Advertising in Unipol's "Housing" tabloid
Accredited landlords can opt to take out additional advertising in any of the three editions of Unipol's Housing tabloid that are published each year. To do so simply download, complete and return the forms below to our Nottingham Office:
