As landlords, we all know that the student rental market is continually changing. Unipol is at the forefront of research in the student market and has recently completed a detailed piece of research in Bradford that looked at the changing patterns of demand and supply in the city

We are operating in a surplus market, where it is increasingly challenging to let our properties.
