Jakub Pietruszewski - Housing Team Leader
Jakub overseas the housing operation in Nottingham and has direct responsibility for managing Sandhills. Jakub also carries out verification visits of purpose built student accommodation buildings from other providers as part of his role as a National Code Verifier.
Tom Taylor - Senior Housing Management Officer
Tom is responsible for looking after tenants renting directly from Unipol and for ensuring they are enjoying their housing experience. He also works with Unipol's managed owners to ensure thier properties meet good standards.

Lottie Jermey and Dana Marmot - Housing Hub Assistants

Matt Allison- Unipol Codes Administrator
Matt administers the Unipol Codes in Nottingham, Leeds and Bradford managing the accreditation process and fielding queries about the Codes. Matt also inspects properties to ensure they meet Code standards.
