Housing Hub Assistant - Leeds.
I'm in my fourth year at the University of Leeds studying Graphic and Communication Design. I work for Unipol in the Housing Hub assisting both students and landlords with enquiries. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, seeing live acts and going on walks.
Housing Hub Assistant. I was previously a Student Warden at Carlton Hill and I've now joined the Housing Hub team to help students find the right home and help landlords to advertise their properties. I enjoy music festivals and I am one of eight children!

My duties involves providing assistance to students looking for accommodation in Leeds.
I am currently a student at Leeds Beckett University and I enjoy socialising, football, rugby and also a fitness enthusiast. I like to stay calm and focused and dislike a lack of a plan and progress.

Housing Hub Assistant. I provide essential information and advice to both new and returning students looking for decent and affordable housing whether in university accommodation or the private rental market. I am second year student at the University of Bradford studying Medical and Forensic Science. I enjoy music and food, but not Brussel sprouts.
Housing Hub Assistant. My job is all about helping students and landlords. I undertake various tasks in order to do this including providing housing advice to both parties and promoting the Unipol code. I also help students find suitable accommodation as well as helping landlords advertise their properties on the website. I am currently in my third year of study at the University of Bradford where I study Pharmacy. I enjoy music, singing and travelling.
Accommodation Services Officer Bradford. I run the Unipol services in Bradford and this includes assisting students to find accommodation in the private rented sector, running the Code and managing Doris Birdsall Hall. Away from work I love to travel. I like heavy metal music but I don't like spiders.
Residents' Assistant Doris Birdsall Halls in Bradford. It is my job to assist the Housing Management Officer to ensure the smooth running of the property and making sure that all of the tenants needs are met. My job role includes a fixed timetable of the office opening hours where you can find me on the ground floor if you have any issues or queries. Out of hours service is also provided for those in need. I am from Northern Ireland and I am currently studying for my Media Makeup & Special Effects Degree at Bradford College.
Residents' Assistant Doris Birdsall - Bradford. My job role is centred on assisting the Housing Management Officer with pastoral care of students. I ensure the building is kept clean and safe and the needs of the tenants are met. Also, I assist in organising events for the tenants. You can find me on the Ground Floor in the first block of the accommodation if you have any issues or queries. I am currently in my second year studying Chemistry with Pharmaceutical Science and forensics in University of Bradford.
Housing Hub Assistant. I am the first point of contact for students searching for information about affordable accommodation - from providing house hunting tips to solving housing dilemmas. My versatile assistant position gives me a chance to highlight the benefits of the Unipol code to both landlords and students. I am currently in Year 2 of my Biomedical Sciences degree at the University of Bradford. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano and watching TV shows.

I am studying for my masters in Behavioural Economics at the University of Nottingham. I love old horror movies, Italian food and good coffee
Nottingham Services Manager. I manage the Nottingham Service. I liaise with landlords and students, ensuring that they have a good experience when letting or renting houses and dealing with problems they may have. I was the President of the Student Union at the University of Derby. I enjoy cooking and walking in the Peak District.
Housing Management Officer Nottingham. I am responsible for the day to day running of some of the Unipol property portfolio in Nottingham. I studied Geography with Planning at Sheffield. In my spare time I enjoy watching and playing rugby. I also enjoy Travelling and visiting new places whenever I can.
Accreditation Officer. I manage and promote the Unipol Code. I carry out inspections of properties, work with landlords and agents to ensure their accommodation meets Code standards and deal with complaints about housing. I was a student in Nottingham so enjoy helping to raise the standards of student accommodation here. In my spare time, I love to travel and see new places. I also enjoy pilates, yoga, cooking, eating out and all things food.

Housing Management Officer Nottingham. I am originally from Leeds and studied film and television at Staffordshire University. I'm a season ticket holder for Nottingham Forest and enjoying running, however I don't like being too hot - two things that don't always go hand in hand.

I'm in my second year at Leeds College of Music studying Popular Music. I like songwriting and playing the guitar, I don't like badly behaved tennants.
Residents' Assistant Carlton Hill.
I undertake a range of duties to assist the Housing Management Officer with pastoral care of students, dealing with student's enquiries at specific times and providing out-of-hours support in emergency situations. I'm a first year architecture student at Leeds Beckett University. I like food and Christmas is my favourite time of the year.
Housing Management Officer. I am responsible for the day to day running of some of the Unipol property portfolio. I have worked in a lettings role, overseeing the viewing processes and the lettibility of the properties we offer. Since I had a baby in 2013, I decided to return to work part time as a Housing Management Officer . I enjoy working with students as the they keep the city alive with energy and ambition.
Housing Manager. I supervise the day-to-day operation of the team of Housing Management Officers. I'm involved in lettings, marketing, staffing, logistics, Health & Safety and enjoy making operational improvements to hopefully provide a better service to students. I studied English and History at Leeds Beckett (formerly Met) and in my spare time I love listening to live music as well as playing it. I also really enjoy arts and spend as much time as I can in the wonderful Yorkshire outdoors.

I am a second year student at Leeds College of Music studying Jazz. I enjoying cycling but I don't like cats.
Senior Housing Management Officer. I manage two of Unipol's city centre developments; One Mill Street and New York Street, I also manage a small portfolio of houses. I assist with Unipol's Out of Hours operation as well as with our Rent Online facility. I graduated from Leeds Trinity University in 2009 after spending a year as Vice President of the Students' Union. I enjoy live music as well as a spot of baking in my spare time. I also hate mushrooms!
Housing Management Assistant. I am a brand ambassador for Unipol. This involves working closely with the Housing Management Officers and performing tasks daily to maintain the properties high standards and ensure tenants are happy with the service Unipol provide. In my spare time I like to stay healthy in the gym and take my Bulldog puppy for long walks around Roundhay Park.
Housing Hub Officer. I help students with property advice and help landlords with advertsiing their properties. I have two young children so my free time seems to have evaporated. When I do get any I enjoy cooking, running and walking. I like classic comedy and music, football and peace studies .
Senior Housing Management Officer (Lettings). In my role I oversee the lettability of the properties we offer and respond to lettings enquiries. I'm also involved with the viewings and signing process and like to try and match students with the right property. I also manage a mixed portfolio including a small development and shared houses. I have two young children so most of my spare time is spent doing activities with them. When I do get some quiet time I love to bake, go swimming and have meals out with friends.
Lettings Assistant. I help to prepare for lettings which starts in January by ensuring all Unipol properties are advertised and that the web copy and other means of communication are accurate and attractive. I reading and cooking, I don't like pigeons!
Residents' Assistant at Mill Street. I undertake a range of duties in order to assist the Housing Management Officer and make sure the tenants needs at met. I am currently a first year student at Leeds Beckett University studying Criminology & Psychology.
Housing Management Officer. I manage a mixed portfolio of properties including a small development, some shared houses and a small complex housing students with families. I studied Classical Literature at the University of Leeds. I enjoy cooking and visiting new restaurants, doing jigsaws and photography.
Residents Assistant Garden House - I make sure everything is in top shape for tenants, doing small repairs and offering some support. Outside of working, I am currently studying at Leeds Beckett but I prefer watching TV or shopping, anything but Uni work!
Residents Assistant Mary Morris House - My role as Residents Assistant is to help the everyday running of Mary Morris House, ensuring everyone enjoys their university experience. In my spare time I enjoy playing football, watching films and going to concerts.
Residents' Assistant - Grayson Heights.
I undertake a range of duties to assist the Housing Management Officer with pastoral care of students, dealing with student enquiries at specific times and providing emergency out-of-hours support. I'm in the third year of my research postgraduate at the University of Leeds. I enjoy spicy food and find winter to be torturous.

Residents' Assistant Mary Morris House - My role is to keep an eye on the day to day running of the building, sorting post, doing any repairs, keeping the development tiday and being there for anything that the residents need. Outside of Unipol I enjoy tennis, binge watching anythin and everythin on Netflix and sleeping (final year of Uni really takes it out of you!)
Housing Management Assistant Energy. I assist the Housing Management team by visiting houses and complexes managed by Unipol, taking meter readings and storing the data methodically. I'm a Yorkshire man studying Business Management at Leeds Beckett University in my second year. I like cats and dogs, I play the piano and I drink lots of tea.

I'm a final year student at the Leeds college of music. I love watching films and tv shows, I strongly detest the Kardashians and Teen Mom thanks to my two sisters!

I am responsible for coordinating and undertaking a number of key tasks within the Unipol housing team including licensing and partners’ relations. Away from work I enjoy hiking and travelling.

I’m a Leeds Beckett student going into my second year in September studying young people communities and society. I like going to the cinema, Christmas is my favourite time of year and I don’t like the wind.

I'm a first year Accountancy and Finance student at Leeds Beckett University. I like reading and watching football, I don't like tea or messy people.
Senior Housing Management Officer. I manage a mix of family, first year and postgraduate properties. My responsibilities also include Health and Safety for Offices and Staff, Planned Preventative Maintenance and overseeing the out-of-hours operations.
I enjoy travelling around Europe, making sure that everywhere I visit I try to collect a crayon or wooden pencil!
Assistant to the Housing Team Leader
I provide logistical and clerical support to the Housing Team Leader and assist with the customer care role the team has.
In my time outside work I am an active member of the Friends of Dalesrail walking group,whose routes include pathways along the Leeds-Settle-Carlisle railway.
Development Manager. I project manage full and part property refurbishments as well as offering technical advice to housing managers and tenants. In 2013 I decided to get fit and took part in a Territorial Army 3 hour assault course known as a "Tough Mudder" event for Help the Heroes.
I moved from Grimsby to study Philosophy at the University of Leeds and have since adopted Leeds as my home. I have over 6 years' experience working in lettings and property maintenance in Leeds. As Maintenance Coordinator I oversee the maintenance of Unipol properties and ensure they are maintained to our high standard. In my spare time I enjoy climbing and live music.
Residents' Assistant Royal Park Road. I assist the Housing Management Officer managing daily tasks. I'm also responsible for dealing with students' enquirers and providing out-of-hours support in emergency situations. I study filmmaking at Northern Film School. In my free time I like to create new stories and write some scripts.
Senior Housing Management Officer. I am responsible for the purchasing of Unipol's furniture and appliances. I also arrange the routine servicing of the gas and electricity supplies as well as general health and safety inspections that take place in our properties. I manage a portfolio of family housing at Woodsley Terrace and Mount Preston Street. Outside of work my main interests are films, music and sport.

Training and Events Officer. I coordinate and run Unipol's annual conferences and training programme during the academic year. In addition I oversee short term summer lets and run a social programme for Unipol's family and international tenants. Outside of work I enjoy playing guitar as a singer/songwriter, disc golf and running.

Chief Executive. I have worked in the student accommodation area for over 20 years and have extensive experience of all kinds of student housing, from off-street to purpose-built properties. I have worked closely with HEIs, Local Authorities, Government and major suppliers to raise housing standards and widen student choice and expectations. As Chief Executive of Unipol I have helped develop a portfolio housing 3,000 students in Leeds, providing services to around 15 HEIs, accrediting just over 220,000 bed spaces and operating the main training programme for those involved in student accommodation. The mission continues.
Assistant Chief Executive - Standards and Projects.
My role involves improving the standard and management of student accommodation across the UK through two areas of Unipol's activity: Unipol Training and the Unipol Codes. I'm interested in social media and digital communications and my role involves promoting the good work Unipol does through these channels.
I have an extensive background in operating and running large student developments.
I have an interest in the renovation of properties and interior design and I really enjoy going to music festivals and spending quality time with my son.
Assistant Chief Executive-Housing Hub Services. I oversee all our Housing Hub services operations in Leeds and Bradford. This involves working closely with Unipol's stakeholders in each city to ensure we deliver the best possible service to all of our users. I am a vegetarian and enjoy live music, trekking, yoga and running. I love skiing.
Deputy Chief Exectutive-Company Secretary. I develop internal systems and services to ensure quality is maintained and improved in consumer services and housing management. I am responsible for staffing policies at Unipol and as Company Secretary, matters relating to governance. I enjoy yoga and swimming, spicy veggie food and need an annual fix of sun.
Assistant Chief Executive-IT and Communications. I oversee the IT services at Unipol providing help and support to staff, students and landlords as well as hosting our own servers, websites and applications. I also produce publications along with a student designer like the tabloid. Outside of work I produce, write and draw comics and create too many pots in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
Director of Finance.
I am a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in both the commercial sector and practice. I have spent the last 11 years' in the HEI sector moving to Unipol at the beginning of 2015. I head the Finance team and am responsible for the management of Unipol's finances, working together with the Finance Manager to develop the team and financial systems and procedures to take on new challenges in a constantly changing environment. I also work closely with the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Development Manager in reviewing future financial strategy and assessing the financial impact of future developments on the organisation. I enjoy walking and training my Labrador, taking trips to the theatre and baking.
As Assistant Chief Executive - Housing Services, I am responsible for the Housing Management team, the property portfolio, and for making sure our tenants have a positive experience. I have been with Unipol for over ten years, yet no two days have ever been the same. Outside of work, I am passionate about food, cooking and baking (and can make a lemon drizzle cake to rival Mary Berry).

Finance Assistant-Purchase Ledger. I deal with a broad spectrum of Finance matters including purchase ledger, cashbook and invoicing. I'm interested in photography and enjoy team sports including football and netball.
Budgetary & Financial Control Officer, I deal with Budget Forecast and preparation, developing maintenance & updating budgets, Management Information. Cash Flow Model, Assisting with Fixed Asset Register. Procedures, Processes & Data for the finance department. I love swimming, reading and walking. I love spending time with my two children and my two amazing granddaughters. I also love spending time in London with all my family and friends.
Senior Finance Officer. I control the flow of data between our Housing Team and Finance Office, ensuring contracts and sales items are managed, deposits are protected, managed owner payments are correctly reconciled and financial accounting information is accurate.My two children keep me fully occupied in spare time I have.
Finance Assistant Cashbook. I control the Cash Book, allocating all payments to and from Unipol. This could be anything from a tenant paying rent, another institution paying for a conference or a landlord paying for a tabloid advert. I make sure that all the money received is the correct amount and goes to right account. In my own time I play netball in a local league and enjoy socialising with my friends.
Finance Assistant. I manage the rent collection system, take payments over the phone, process contracts and return deposits after tenancies have ended. Away from work I have been known to do a bit of fishing and I also enjoy swimming and walking and love to holiday as much as I can.
Finance Assistant Utilities and Asset Register. I take care of all the energy bills for Unipol accommodation ensuring all charges are fair and accurate. I am a qualified CIMA management accountant and a business graduate. I like to spend my down time with my three children either on my allotment or walking Elvis the dog.
Information, Communications and Technology Officer. I maintain and where required, upgrade Unipol’s software systems as well as the creation of new systems. In my spare time I fly model aeroplanes from RAF Acaster Malvis.
Information and Communications Officer. I ensure day to day end user support services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Away from work I enjoying spending time with friends, gaming, Formula One and anyting technical.
Systems Administrator. I manage Unipol's IT infrastructure and anything else that's vaguely electrical. I also develop computer applications to help Unipol run smoothly. I have a soft spot for Android products and like extreme or back-to-nature camping and getting technical with gadgets.

I am a student designer for Unipol and help create various publications, such as the Tabloid and property guides. I hope and try to create something new that you can enjoy. I am a second year student at Leeds Beckett University studying Graphic Arts and Design.
Hub Marketing Officer
My main responsibility is to promote Unipol’s accreditation scheme and encourage both students and landlords to value higher housing standards. I am an identical twin and enjoy baking and travelling in my spare time.
Tenancy Support Officer - I help support students to deal with a range of issues that might be affecting them in their housing, such as noise or inter-tenant relationships. I also organise student events and promote student well-being. I studied Psychology at Leeds Beckett University, and Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of York. In my spare time I enjoy baking and Pilates.
Tenancy Support Officer.
I am currently on maternity leave.
I help with problems such as noise nuisance, inter-tenant disputes, anti-social behaviour and health and relocation. I organise the Unipol student events and regularly meet all our under 18s, disabled and family tenants alongside managing a small housing portfolio. In my spare time I enjoy going to gigs and baking.
