Owner Registration

This area is for owners and agents of properties available to students in Royal Holloway, University of London.

New Landlords

You can register your properties:

Register On-Line

This allows you to:

  • Manage your property portfolio advertising on-line.
  • Set up your own personal property photo album to include in your adverts.

To use this area you must first Register. Your adverts will not be shown on the site until you have paid (by post, online or in person). If you have previously registered please use your existing login details to access the site. If you have applied by paper previously, please contact the Student Housing Bureau to receive login details.

If you have already registered, Log In to administer your account. If you have applied by paper previously, please contact the Student Housing Bureau to receive login details.

Register by Post

You can send your property details to the office for them to administer on your behalf. We require a completed Landlords Registration Form (with your details on), and a completed Accommodation Details Form (with your property details on). One Accommodation Form should be completed per property that you register. You can download the registration documents by clicking on the relevant forms below:

We will send out a registration pack containing all the relevant information usually within three working days of receiving your request.

Feel free to call us at the office we are open during 9am - 5pm on weekdays.

In Person

Simply call into the office above and our staff will provide you with the forms and give any assistance you require in completing them. Our visiting hours are 10.30am – 4.00pm (term-time); 11.00am – 2.00pm (out of term-time).

Payment

All adverts will only be put online once we have received payment of the appropriate fees. You can pay for your fees online by credit / debit card. By visiting this link you will reach the Online Store homepage. Details of the Netlet fees and how you can pay them can be found under the ‘Student Housing Bureau’ section of Online Store. You will see options to add the different property types to your ‘shopping basket’. Each time you add a fee to your ‘basket’ you will be prompted to give the landlord’s name, reference number (if this is not known then leave this field blank), and the property address. Please make sure that you add the correct amounts to your ‘shopping basket’. In order to pay by Online Store you must have registered an account on the system (note: this account is entirely separate to your Netlet Account). This is our preferred method of payment. You can either set this up before you begin to ‘shop’ for your fees or as you proceed to pay.

If you prefer to pay by cheque then you can do so posting a cheque to us, or dropping it into the office directly. Cheques should be made payable to ‘RHUL’ or ‘RHBNC’. If you do decide to send a cheque, please attach a note clearly displaying your name, your Netlet owner reference number (if known), the addresses of the properties you are paying for, and the advert reference numbers (where known). Please send all cheques and notes to the address above.

Returning Landlords

Paper Re-Registration

Landlords who have registered previously by paper can re-register their properties in two ways. If you wish to continue using Netlet RHUL through the paper method, you can send a cheque with new Owner Form and a new Accommodation Form (if you need to update any details). You can also make a payment through Online Store (details above).

Online Re-Registration

If you have login details for the ‘back-end’ then you will be able to log in and re-advertise old properties which are already on our system. To do this please go to ‘My Adverts’, and look under either the ‘Lapsed’ tab (if your properties were advertised in the last year, or the ‘Archive’ tab (if your properties were advertised more than one year ago). Select the property you wish to re-advertise, and from the left hand side select the ‘Re-advertise’ button from the left. You will then be prompted to update and accept the details of the new advert. If you have only advertised using the paper method before and do not have login details for the ‘back-end’, then you should request these from the Student Housing Bureau directly. Once you have logged in then you should follow the instructions above.
