Replacement tenant wanted for our 6 person house in Headingly for 2024/25 Academic year
Hi me and my 6 housemates are looking for a replacement tenant for our house in Headingly. The house includes 6 double bedrooms and 3 shared bathrooms. We also have a garden and parking area. The living room includes a TV and sofas and the kitchen is very big with a lot of counter space. The kitchen also includes 2 fridges, an oven and hob, a dishwasher and washing machine. The rent per week is £128 and the deposit is £250. The remaining housemates are all female ranging from the ages of 18-20.
