Urgently Wanted Replacement Tenant For Our House In Headingly For Next Academic Year
Hi! We are in need of a replacement for myself in a 6 person house in Headingly. The house has four floors that include 6 double bedrooms and 3 shared bathrooms, an open space kitchen with an oven/hob, 2 fridges, large counter space, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a communal living room that includes a TV and two sofas and a coffee table. Outside we have a garden space and a parking area if you wish to bring your car. All the remaining tenants are female ranging from the ages of 18-20. The rent is £128ppw and the deposit is £250.
