Carlton Hill Student Accommodation Tenancy Takeover:
- Large and spacious rooms. Ensuite Apartment. Double Bed.
- Large kitchen fit with a large tv.
- 5 minute walk to Leeds University.

- Gym and rooftop terrace included. Study spaces and areas to chill and relax.
- All bills included, 175pw, location: LS7 1EA.
- Flat with 5 girls and 2 boys, all undergrads, clean and tidy.
- Any undergrads between year 1 and 3 are able to move in,
- Contract will be handled directly by the University - no dodgy landlords.
