Tenant Needed To Join House of 4 Girls!! (Lenton)

Tenancy starts 1st August 2024

We are a group of 4 UON students looking for a replacement tenant. Rent is £150 pw (bills included). The house is fully furnished coming with all required kitchen amenities. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Lenton.

141 Rolleston Drive NG7 1JZ

The house is a 5 minute walk from 34/35/36 bus stop, roughly a 20 minute walk into town and a 15 minute bus ride to University Park Campus. The girls are all lovely and most are going into 3rd year. One of our housemates will be going into 2nd year though.
