Room available in Lenton from 1/03/24
Hello! My room is currently available as I need to move out ASAP. It's a 7 bed 3 bathroom in Lenton on Gregory Street, postcode is NG7 2LR. Rent is £125 p/w and the room comes with a double bed, double wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and a desk with a chair. It is a 5 minute walk to Gregory Street tram stop and it is a 15 minutes walk away from University Park campus. This tenancy would be until 1/09/24. All current housemates are really friendly and all contribute to cleaning each week.
