Double tenancy takeover April-July 2024

Hi, our names are Martha and Lucy.
We are looking for two people to take over our two bedrooms in a four bedroom flat share. Our university course requires us to live elsewhere as of next month. We live in a 4th floor flat in the Arboretum area, close to NTU and city centre. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. The other tenants are two friendly girls.
