Tenancy takeover - 18b Gregory street
Hi, I've recently left the University of Nottingham due to some unforeseen circumstances and I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my tenancy until July. My former room has a view overlooking the front porch area. The house has a big kitchen and living room space with 2 ovens and an induction hob. Rent is £125 per week excluding bills, which are £16 a week, so £141 per week total. All the housemates living there currently are lovely people as well.
