Rooms Available Student House near Headingley Arndale
Property Address: 93 St Anne's Road, Headingley
Property is a 6 bedroom house. 2 rooms will be available for let for the months of May and June.
The rent is only £117 per week including all bills. This is for BOTH rooms not just 1. The 6th room of the house is actually a guest room, but the 5th or last tenant gets priority to use the room. So essentially you have 2 rooms, for the price of 1, and the choice to use both rooms or just one of the rooms is up to you.
The house is right next to Headingley Arndale Centre where there are abundant facilities; shops, gym etc. And it is only 5 - 10 min bus ride to the University of Leeds.
The house has 2 bathrooms (1 of the bathrooms is actually right outside of 1 of the rooms so it is like having an ensuite room).
The house has a large living room, 3 large sofas and a TV.
The house also has a large back garden , can even have camp fires here.
The current tenant are lovely people, they all go Uni of Leeds, and everyone is very good at keeping common places neat and tidy.
