Room available in Burley over summer
Largest room available in 5-bedroom house in Burley with 2 bathrooms.
Available from 1st June until 31st August 2024, but move-in date is flexible.
Unipol-approved housing.
You would be sharing with 4 students, all lovely and social in early 20s.
Large living room with TV and sofas.
Less than 5 minute walk to Co-op, 10 minute walk to Aldi & McDonald's, and 20 minute walk to University of Leeds.
Rent is £529 per month with all bills included.
