1 person needed for 5 person house (Spring Semester 2025)
Hello, I am looking for a student to take over my room in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on Derby Grove, Lenton for February - June 2025 (arrangements can be made to move in from January instead if needed). Rent is approximately £145 pw. The house consists of 2 girls, 2 boys and if you would like to meet your potential housemates beforehand or would like further detail please feel free to email me!
