Searching for a tenant

*STUDENT ONLY, TENANCY FROM JULY 3rd, £138 A WEEK, BILLS INCLUDED, £250 DEPOSIT*

Hi, I am searching for someone to replace my tenancy at Norwood Road, Leeds. Currently 5 girls and 2 boys studying at Leeds Beckett will be sharing an 8 bed and 3 bathroom shared house in Hyde Park. It has good sized rooms with a spacious living/kitchen area.

*Available from July 3rd 2024 until June 30th 2025*
