CP Walker & Son is a family run business with over 100 years of experience of letting and managing property around the University of Nottingham.

Our philosophy is to offer top quality, contemporary homes for students that are looking for something more than just a typical student property. We also offer clean and tidy modern homes for students that are on a tighter budget. The locations (Beeston, Lenton, Lenton Abbey, Dunkirk and Wollaton) offer choice for access to all of the University of Nottingham Campuses.

We offer houses to groups of students but also let properties room by room particularly to postgraduates. Where we let room by room, we use our many years of experience to try and put together houses with likeminded people so that hopefully your stay in Nottingham is enjoyable as possible.

Our office is located at 107 High Road in Beeston town centre and we are open 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays.
